• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Manage and maintain the Indeed job postings, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for visibility.
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and employee engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to recruitment processes.
