You will shape engineering culture, drive architectural strategy, and modernize delivery with AI-driven tools while collaborating closely with Product to focus on customer outcomes and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership & Org Scaling: lead and grow a fully remote engineering team with accountability and technical excellence.
• People & Culture: foster psychological safety and career progression across diverse engineers.
• Organizational Design: structure pods for autonomy with clear ladders and succession planning.
• Product Operating Model Collaboration: partner with Product Management to empower cross-functional teams delivering outcomes.
• Technical Strategy & Architecture: guide scalable, secure, and high-performance ad-tech systems.
• System Scalability: ensure architecture, security, and performance for high-volume, low-latency infrastructure.
• Technical Debt Management: balance feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
• Risk & Compliance: maintain data privacy and security standards across engineering operations.
• Delivery Efficiency & Modernization (The AI Mandate): drive AI-enabled development tooling and processes.
• Process Optimization: monitor core metrics to eliminate bottlenecks (DORA/SPACE).
• AI Integration: adopt AI-assisted development tools to reduce toil and improve velocity.
• Measured Outcomes: quantify improvements in cycle time, deployment frequency, and delivery velocity.
