Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and drive high‑quality, predictable delivery. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll shape technical direction, grow the team, and refine processes in a fully distributed setup.

You’ll coach Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align with business goals while maintaining engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering with hands-on coding and mentoring responsibilities.
• 2+ years in senior or principal engineer roles.
• 3+ years managing or leading remote technical teams.
• Experience in React, C#, and Azure is a plus.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, champion ownership and learning.
• Coach Agile ceremonies and improve delivery predictability.
• Identify blockers and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee sprint planning, estimation, and capacity.
• Engage in code and architecture discussions to uphold quality.
