Job summary

DigitalTolk seeks an Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team in delivering high-quality AI-enabled products. You will oversee delivery, coach engineers, and shape the team’s ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

Partner with Product and stakeholders, identify risks, drive improvements, and mentor talent. This role suits a hands-on leader who combines technical excellence with people management. Experience in Agile/Scrum and distributed teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior/Lead Engineer or Team Lead.
• Experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.
• Strong understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
