Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering, Sales & Marketing Tools to lead a large-scale platform engineering effort.

You will guide the evolution of the in-house MonieCRM and related marketing tooling, ensuring reliability and performance for millions of users and a 50,000-strong sales network. You will own architecture, mentor managers, and drive modernization across legacy systems while collaborating with product and business units to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years hands-on Java development with Spring Boot and backend focus.
• Experience managing managers and leading an engineering org at scale.
• Proven platform engineering experience with large distributed systems.
• Experience with legacy migrations and re-architecture for 20M+ users.
• Fintech/payments background preferred; CRM or SalesTech experience not required.
• Exposure to Braze or marketing automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and modernise the platform behind Moniepoint's commercial engine.
• Lead and grow an engineering organization with a strong management layer.
• Architect scalable distributed systems and ensure reliability at scale.
• Collaborate with product and business to deliver platform improvements.
• Oversee integration and use of Braze for customer engagement.
