Job summary

You will work with clients to capture business needs, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery of customer-focused solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading product-focused engineering teams delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, automation platforms, and modern software architectures.
• Experience working with clients in consulting, agency, SaaS, or technology services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical guidance.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
• Background in SaaS, AI products, marketing tech, or automation platforms.
• Familiarity with data engineering, analytics, and AI product development lifecycles.
• Experience establishing engineering KPIs, team performance frameworks, and delivery governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across AI, software, and product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, define technical roadmaps, and translate objectives into actionable engineering plans.
• Lead engineering teams through architecture reviews and technical decision-making, establish coding best practices, and build a culture of quality, automation, and effective delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to prioritize features, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment between business and technical goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions, automation workflows, and scalable software systems.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, development standards, and performance metrics.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and resource requirements while proactively driving mitigation strategies.
• Support client communications, technical presentations, solution discussions, and project governance activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to established quality standards.
