Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the Rewards platform end-to-end. You will own the roadmap, architecture, and delivery, guiding a team of engineers as the product scales to serve millions across geographies.

You will drive experimentation, customer-centric design, and cross-functional collaboration with growth and product to expand rewards, retention and engagement. The role requires deep front-end and mobile experience, hands-on leadership, and a track record of building

Qualifications

Direct-to-consumer product engineering at scale.
Front-end and mobile depth with consumer apps.
Hands-on leadership with engineers and managers.
Experimentation, A/B testing, and growth mindset.
Long-term experience across growth stages and architectures.

Responsibilities

Own technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the Rewards Platform end to end.
Improve performance, reliability, and depth of cashback as priority.
Evolve cashback into a broader rewards, retention, engagement and personalisation platform.
Build the engineering organization and hire managers to scale.
Establish strong experimentation culture with measurement of impact.
Collaborate with Growth, Sales and Marketing to translate objectives into initiatives.
Own customer-facing rewards experience across mobile and web.
Define engineering standards, quality metrics and health of the domain.
