Hire Feed is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the development of foundational large language models through supervised fine tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback tasks. You will guide a skilled team of researchers and engineers to deliver high-quality systems.

You will own delivery from initiation to stable state, ensure code quality, and collaborate with researchers to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in an engineering management role.
• Experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
