Nord Assist is seeking a Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team. This remote role involves researching prospects and maintaining an organized lead database, requiring confidence on the phone and a goal-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong confidence in speaking with prospects over the phone.

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Introduce the company's services and generate interest.
• Follow approved call scripts while adapting to conversations naturally.
• Identify and qualify interested prospects.
• Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
• Perform basic lead research using LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and online directories.
• Collect and verify prospect contact information.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead information in the CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow up with prospects who express interest.
• Handle basic objections professionally and confidently.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
