The role involves processing calls via CRM systems, documenting interactions, and ensuring quality customer records. A base monthly salary is offered with bonus opportunities and flexible home-office setup.

Qualifications

• Calls with customers in the United States; English required.
• Willingness to learn and follow an approved call outline.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer records and notes.

Responsibilities

• Open customer follow-up lists and call queues in a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Receive calls through a business phone system and provide a friendly introduction.
• Listen to concerns, ask questions, and explain next steps clearly.
• Explain services using approved guidance and verify customer understanding.
• Resolve simple issues during calls and confirm resolution with the customer.
• Update the customer record after every call with actions and next steps.
• Return unanswered questions to the team lead with a brief summary.
• Mark invalid numbers or duplicate entries and share daily call counts.
