Job summary

DevQuester is a software development agency hiring a Business Development Manager (SDR) to own the front end of the sales process, from prospecting to booking meetings and handing qualified leads to closing. You will work directly with the founder and a small, fast-moving team.

This role is 100% remote with a PKT shift from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Candidates should have at least 2 years in BD or sales, experience in IT services or digital agencies, and excellent English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
• Experience in IT services, software, or digital agency sales is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or a CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using lead generation tools.
• Run outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
• Handle client communication and schedule discovery meetings.
• Take part in client calls and present DevQuester’s services.
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and pipeline status.
• Meet monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and deals closed.
