Job summary

DXB Perfume is seeking a seasoned B2B Sales & Business Development Manager to manage and grow our retailer, wholesale and e-commerce client base in a remote, UK-aligned role. You will drive new business opportunities, maintain daily contact with customers, promote products, secure listings and optimize sell-out performance across our Arabian fragrance brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in B2B sales and business development in a multinational company.
• Proven experience managing retailer, wholesale or e-commerce accounts.
• Experience selling branded consumer products, not just technology or SaaS.
• Experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, retail or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail, wholesale and e-commerce customer accounts and maintain regular contact with buyers.
• Achieve sales targets, promote launches and expand product listings across customers.
• Identify inactive or underperforming accounts and create growth plans.
• Prepare sales presentations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
