Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK telecom market. This 100% remote role from Pakistan focuses on supplier registrations, tender management, and proactive lead generation across the UK.

You will collaborate with procurement teams, manage registrations on platforms like SAP Ariba, Oracle, and Jaggaer, and build strong client relationships. Requires 5–6 years in telecom BD and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• MBA is mandatory.
• 5–6 years of experience in BD/vendor registration/procurement or B2B sales within telecom.
• Experience with UK market and international clients.
• Strong knowledge of UK procurement processes and supplier onboarding.
• Proficiency with procurement platforms and RFIs/RFQs/RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Register the company as an approved supplier with UK public and private organizations.
• Manage supplier registrations and vendor onboarding via UK portals (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Achilles, Jaggaer, Proactis).
• Prepare and submit SQs, PQQs, EOIs, and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate with UK procurement and supply chain teams for supplier approvals.
• Identify new business opportunities through portals, research, and client engagement.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Monitor UK tender portals and support bids.
• Prepare capability statements and commercial proposals.
• Build relationships with telecom operators, contractors, and enterprise clients in the UK.
• Maintain records in CRM and prepare progress reports.
• Gather compliance docs and certifications for onboarding.
• Achieve BD and registration targets; stay updated on market trends.
