Job summary

Trisis Leather is a private-label manufacturer and exporter of leather apparel, seeking a Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist to expand our customer pipeline through focused research, outreach, and relationship development. This remote role supports growth while coordinating with our Faisalabad-based manufacturing operation and export team.

You will identify brands, manage lead data, conduct outreach, and track progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lead generation experience in B2B or apparel sectors.
• Strong prospect research using search engines, directories, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and maintain clean records.
• Professional written and verbal English for outreach and meetings.
• Familiarity with export sales and private-label manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified fashion brands, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and private-label buyers.
• Build and maintain lead databases with company details, decision-maker information, sourcing needs, and outreach status.
• Conduct professional prospecting through approved channels, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Qualify leads by assessing product requirements, order potential, timelines, and fit with manufacturing capabilities.
• Arrange introductory discussions and provide clear lead summaries to the manager.
• Track activities, follow-ups, responses, and conversion stages in a CRM or reporting system.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and buyer preferences to support growth campaigns.
