Job summary

Orabe Perfumes in Multan is seeking a Branding and Marketing Manager to strengthen its market presence, drive consumer engagement, and support growth of the fragrance portfolio through integrated marketing initiatives.

You will lead brand strategy and product launches, design and manage digital campaigns across social media and performance ads, oversee content planning and distribution, and coordinate with creative, sales and partners to ensure consistent messaging and superior customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing brand strategies for consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, performance advertising, content marketing, and digital campaign optimization.
• Experience coordinating product launches and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear briefs, campaign plans, content calendars, and performance reports.
• Competence in interpreting campaign metrics, customer insights, conversion data, and return on advertising spend.
• Strong copy review, communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Creative judgment with attention to brand consistency, visual identity, messaging, and customer experience.
• Working knowledge of analytics, advertising, content management, and collaboration platforms.
