Job summary

Perfumes Hub is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Store Manager to lead daily online operations and scale our D2C fragrance brand from Lahore.

You will own the Shopify backend, oversee performance marketing partners, optimize conversions, and design retention flows. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on D2C experience in Pakistan, strong analytics, and a passion for e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce scaling in Pakistan.
• Strong command of Shopify and performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC).
• Experience in product catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to monitor dashboards, analytics, and conversion metrics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify backend and optimize product listings.
• Oversee performance marketing agencies and ROAS/CAC metrics.
• Improve conversion rates, AOV, and monthly revenue.
• Design retention workflows including email and WhatsApp automation.
• Brief content team on trending formats and high-converting ad angles.
