NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited seeks a dynamic Manager for Branchless Banking to lead the expansion and operational excellence of the Raast P2M QR code solution and traditional agent banking channels. The role requires deep expertise in digital payments, financial inclusion strategies, and mobile banking platforms.

The Manager will spearhead merchant acquisition, activation, and field operations, while collaborating with technology and marketing teams to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on involvement with Raast P2M or similar QR-based instant payment systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of small and medium merchants onto the Raast P2M QR code payment platform.
• Achieve monthly targets related to active merchants, transaction volumes, and overall transaction value.
• Train merchants on using Raast QR technology and workflows.
• Monitor and resolve merchant transaction disputes and ensure prompt settlement per regulatory timelines.
• Drive acquisition, activation, and liquidity management of branchless banking agents.
• Cross-sell Raast P2M QR codes to agents to increase penetration.
• Own full P&L accountability for agent banking and Raast P2M channels.
• Design incentive programs to boost usage of Raast P2M services.
• Collaborate with marketing for consumer campaigns to promote Raast QR payments.
• Ensure compliance with SBP guidelines for Raast P2M operations.
