Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or commerce from a reputable institution.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch functions to achieve financial and service objectives.
• Plan branch activities with focus on loans and deposits within budget.
• Achieve self-funding status by balancing loans and deposits; act as revenue center.
• Act as credit officer and approve loans.
• Ensure timely opening and operation of the branch from 9:00 AM as scheduled.
• Organize branch operations and administrative processes for efficiency.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource deployment across functions.
• Oversee cash management, collection, and recovery within goals.
• Prepare branch for internal/external audits and uphold bank integrity.
