Job summary

NRSP Microfinance Bank Limited seeks an Operations Officer specialized in Branchless Banking to ensure compliant management of daily operations. You will oversee cash operations, monitor activity, and coordinate with finance/treasury to safeguard funds.

Qualifications

• Diligent and detail-oriented candidate with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with high accountability in daily operations.
• Strong understanding of branchless banking operations, cash, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to cash management policies and SBP regulations for liquidity management.
• Monitor funds at Correspondent Banks and maintain accurate reporting.
• Post debit and credit transactions and reconcile records daily.
• Administer liquidity management activities including account replenishment and reversals.
• Handle Direct Debit processing and Unique Banking Product adjustments.
• Prepare, consolidate, and submit operational reports and regulatory returns.
• Ensure compliance with PWD, BOE, and Senior Citizens initiatives.
• Comply with SBP regulations, bank policies, and SOPs for branchless banking.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and agent networks to foster trust.
• Continuously monitor transactions and address anomalies promptly.
• Support customer service management and resolve operational issues.
• Undertake additional tasks to support operational objectives.
