Job summary

Yadea Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and project procurement activities. You will source materials, manage quotations, process purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, track deliveries, and optimize costs to ensure material availability.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in SCM/Engineering/BA, has 3–5 years procurement experience in manufacturing, and is proficient in English and Urdu, with Chinese language a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (SCM/Engineering/Business).
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Understanding of procurement processes, ERP usage, and supplier delivery management.
• Cost analysis and supplier negotiation skills helpful.
• Proficiency in English and Urdu; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, obtain quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries, quantities, and quality; resolve delays and shortages.
• Maintain procurement records: prices, MOQs, lead times, supplier data.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance for receiving, verification, and payment.
• Support local sourcing, cost-reduction, and supplier diversification.

Position Overview

Yadea Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing and project procurement activities. The role will be responsible for material sourcing, quotation management, purchase order processing, supplier coordination, delivery follow-ups, and cost optimization to ensure timely and efficient material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source materials, obtain quotations, evaluate supplier offers, and issue purchase orders according to production and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, order quantities, and material quality, and resolve delivery delays, shortages, and other supply-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase prices, supplier lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and supplier master data.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth material receiving, verification, documentation, and payment processing.
• Support local sourcing initiatives, procurement cost-reduction efforts, and the development of alternative suppliers to improve supply reliability.

• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
