Job summary

Yadea Pakistan is seeking a General Affairs Specialist and Chinese Translator to manage daily administrative tasks and provide accurate Mandarin-Chinese translation for meetings, documents, and communications. The role requires coordinating with Chinese management and Pakistani staff to ensure timely task execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have Mandarin-Chinese and English language skills, at least HSK 4, and a related diploma or bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Mandarin Chinese and English proficiency, able to translate daily communications and documents.
• HSK Level 4 minimum.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in general administration, office management or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative operations including office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate daily communication between Chinese management and local staff for task coordination.
• Provide Chinese-English and English-Chinese interpretation for meetings and documents.
• Support production, quality, engineering, logistics with daily coordination to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, industrial park management, service providers and external organizations.
• Assist in employee logistics including accommodation, transportation, meals, and facilities.
• Organize and archive contracts, meeting minutes and other records.
• Follow up on management tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Fresh graduates with strong Chinese language proficiency encouraged to apply.
