Job summary

Code District is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to own the pre-sales lifecycle from initial client conversations to delivery handover. The role is based on-site in Gulberg, Lahore, with international client exposure.

You will lead discovery sessions, design solutions, manage RFPs/RFIs, prepare proposals and estimates, and deliver compelling demos to both technical and executive stakeholders. Collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Delivery is essential to win deals.

Qualifications

• 6–18 months of experience in pre-sales or solutions consulting in IT services or software.
• Technical depth to design credible solutions and engage with engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Delivery to move deals forward.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with international clients.
• Strong ownership, discipline, and professionalism when dealing with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with international clients and capture clear requirements.
• Translate client needs into defined solutions and communicate trade-offs.
• Own RFP and RFI responses end to end from qualification to proposal submission.
• Develop proposals, effort estimates, and statements of work with Engineering and Delivery.
• Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity qualification and deal positioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Delivery to ensure a clean handover on won engagements.
• Maintain a library of pre-sales materials and improve responses to win deals.
