Qualificações

• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience in outbound sales and lead qualification.
• Ability to meet sales targets with timely follow-up and pipeline management.
• Proficient with CRM systems and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven BPO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to revenue growth while maintaining professional customer experience.
• Explain products, services, and campaign benefits clearly and accurately.
• Identify customer needs, address questions, and overcome objections professionally.
• Meet individual and team sales targets through consistent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Record customer interactions, lead status, and sales activity accurately in company systems.
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to support onboarding and retention.
• Follow company policies, campaign guidelines, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.
