Job summary

H3C in Karachi seeks a Solution Engineer (Presales) to translate complex digital infrastructure capabilities into customer value. You will articulate technical concepts, create PoCs, and collaborate with sales to drive opportunities across data center, WAN, cloud, security, 5G and related domains.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor degree, 3+ years in presales or solution engineering, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

:Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field.
:Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
:Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, and excellent in presentation skill.
:At least 3 years’ experience as a Solution Engineer or Presales or related technical role.
:Familiar with ISP technologies such as Campus Network, Data Center Network, WAN, WiFi, HCI, Server and Storage, Cloud, Security, 5G.

Responsibilities

Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations.
Partner with the sales team to generate leads, follow-up all projects related technical matters.
Prepare presentations for Projects, Proposals and Bill Of Materials (BOM).
Prepare PoC documents to guide customer requirements.
Prepare SoC for customer reference of tender bidding.
Support the constant communication with prospective clients.
Provide general technical support to partners and clients.
Involve in project implementation and roll-out process.
Act as a technology Prime of a specific technology of solution from the company.
