Job summary

Technocues in Lahore seeks a confident Client Success Executive to own interested leads, conduct discovery meetings, and coordinate between clients and internal teams. You will understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, negotiate, and ensure successful onboarding and project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years in sales or client-facing roles, strong English, and a track record of converting prospects into paying clients. International client experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in sales or client-facing roles.
• Ability to convert prospects into paying clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
• Experience in marketing, design, digital, web, or service-based agency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of leads once a prospect shows interest.
• Conduct discovery and meetings with potential clients.
• Understand client requirements, goals, budget, scope, and timelines.
• Present services and solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, handle objections, negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
• Onboard new clients and finalize project requirements.
• Communicate scope, deliverables, and expectations to internal teams.
• Keep clients updated on progress and milestones.
• Maintain relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
