• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in client-facing account management, client success, or relationship roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the success, satisfaction, and retention of a high-volume portfolio.
• Deliver proactive engagement at scale, prioritizing by opportunity and risk.
• Be responsive and communicative on client requests; set expectations and close the loop.
• Drive revenue growth and secure on-time renewals; surface expansion opportunities.
• Support renewal and pricing conversations and negotiations.
• Manage client deliverables with strong project management; keep records current.
• Partner daily with Technology Account Manager and Implementations team.
• Build trusted relationships across the client organization, from C-suite to operations.
• Monitor client health and act on churn or satisfaction risk.
• Maintain records in the CMD.
• Contribute to portfolio pod goals for satisfaction, retention, growth.
