Job Description
As a critical part of i2c's Global Client Success team, the Associate Client Success Manager (Portfolio) helps owns the day-to-day success, satisfaction, and growth of a high-volume book of Portfolio accounts, working hours aligned to assigned clients' time zones. Within a pod that jointly owns its book alongside Technology Account Management, the Associate delivers efficient, repeatable, consultative and exceptionally responsive service at scale, protecting and growing revenue, securing renewals, and building relationships from executive sponsors to daily operational contacts.
- Own the success, satisfaction, and retention of a high-volume portfolio of assigned accounts within the pod.
- Deliver efficient, repeatable, and proactive engagement at scale, prioritizing effort by opportunity and risk.
- Be exceptionally responsive and communicative on every client request; set expectations and close the loop.
- Drive revenue growth and secure on-time renewals across the portfolio; surface expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Support renewal and pricing conversations and negotiations.
- Manage client deliverables with strong project management; keep account records and plans current.
- Partner daily with the account's Technology Account Manager (the technical and operational owner) and with the Implementations team to deliver for the client.
- Build and foster trusted relationships across the client organization, from the C-suite to day-to-day operational contacts.
- Monitor client health across the portfolio and act early on churn or satisfaction risk.
- Maintain accurate records in the Client Management Database (CMD) including interactions, contacts and account plans.
- Contribute to the Portfolio pod's shared goals for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What we are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years preferably client-facing account management, client success, or relationship role, ideally in payments, card issuing or processing, banking, fintech, or SaaS.
