Job summary

Itartificer is seeking a senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of customers post-go-live, driving adoption, expansion, and renewal. You will be the bridge between customers and our product, support, and services teams.

You will manage health metrics, run executive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and partner with sales on growth motions, while amplifying the voice of the customer to product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CSM or account management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Comfortable navigating complex multi-stakeholder customers.
• Data-driven approach to customer health and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own customer health, adoption and renewal metrics.
• Run executive business reviews, success plans and roadmap conversations.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on growth motions.
• Be the voice of the customer back to product and engineering.
