Associate Client Success Manager - Strategic & Key Accounts
As a critical part of i2c's Global Client Success team, the Associate Client Success Manager helps own the day-to-day success, satisfaction, and growth of a set of Strategic and Key accounts, working hours aligned to assigned clients' time zones. Within a pod that jointly owns its book alongside Technology Account Management, the Associate is a consultative, relentlessly responsive, highly organized partner to the client, building trusted relationships from the C-suite to daily operational contacts, protecting and growing revenue, and securing renewals.
Own the day-to-day relationship, satisfaction, and success of an assigned set of accounts within the pod, which jointly owns its book.
- Be exceptionally responsive and communicative on every client request; set clear expectations and close the loop.
- Drive revenue growth and secure on-time renewals; identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities and partner to advance them.
- Support renewal, pricing, and commercial negotiations alongside the pod lead.
- Lead client deliverables end to end with strong project management; keep the account plan current and accurate.
- Partner daily with the account's Technology Account Manager (the technical and operational owner) and with the Implementations team to deliver for the client.
- Build and foster trusted relationships across the client organization, from the C-suite to day-to-day operational contacts.
- Prepare for and support quarterly business reviews; monitor client health and act early on any signs of risk.
- Act as an advocate for the client inside i2c, marshaling Product Operations, Implementations, and Support to get things done.
- Maintain accurate records in the Client Management Database (CMD), including interactions, contacts, and account plans.
- Contribute to the pod's shared goals for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
What we are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years, preferably client-facing account management, client success, or relationship role, ideally in payments, card issuing or processing, banking, fintech, or SaaS.
