Skyray Ventures is a dynamic team operating across 15+ ventures in technology, media, and marketing. We are seeking a confident Client Success Manager to own all client relationships from onboarding through retention, serving as the bridge between clients and the delivery team.

You will lead onboarding calls, weekly strategy sessions, and ongoing check-ins, coordinating with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery and strong results.

Join a team of operators, strategists, and builders working across 15+ ventures in technology, media, and marketing. We move fast, think big, and build to last.

We are looking for a confident, client-facing Client Success Manager to own all client relationships fromonboarding through retention. You will be the primary point of contact for every client — running onboarding calls,presenting strategies, leading weekly check-ins, and ensuring results are delivered. This is not a support role. Youare a strategic partner to clients and the bridge between them and the delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Run all client onboarding calls — present the strategy plan confidently and set the tone for the relationship
• Lead weekly strategy calls — prepare agendas, present performance data, identify opportunities
• Own all client communication via Slack — proactive, responsive, professional
• Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure delivery is on time and on brief
• Monitor client performance and flag risks before they become churn
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities at the right moment
• Use Claude and AI tools to build strategies, content plans, hooks, scripts, and reports
• Build client relationships strong enough that referrals happen naturally

Requirements

• Run all client onboarding calls — present the strategy plan confidently and set the tone for the relationship
• Strong, confident camera presence on video calls
• Minimum 2 years client-facing experience at a marketing or content agency
• Deep understanding of short-form video — TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
• Expert-level Claude or ChatGPT usage in daily work — this will be tested
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proactive communicator — brings updates before clients ask
• Comfortable presenting data and strategies confidently on Zoom

Nice To Have

• Experience working with YouTubers, podcasters, or personal brands
• Background in content strategy, copywriting, or scriptwriting
• Understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution
