You will lead onboarding calls, weekly strategy sessions, and ongoing check-ins, coordinating with the fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery and strong results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years client-facing experience at a marketing or content agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and strategy sessions, set relationship tone, and present plans.
• Own client communication via Slack and Zoom, ensuring timely updates.
• Coordinate with fulfilment to ensure delivery on time and on brief.
• Monitor client performance and flag risks before churn.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue alongside clients.
