Job summary

Bin Bakar International is seeking a Performance Marketing Officer to plan, execute, monitor and optimise ecommerce campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will track key KPIs, manage budgets, test creatives, and collaborate with the Creative & Content Team to improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 1–2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Track ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets and daily ad performance.
• Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements, and strategies.
• Support retargeting and audience segmentation.
• Coordinate with Creative & Content Team for ad creatives.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Stay updated with Meta and Google Ads trends and features.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Officer to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of e-commerce campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
• Track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets and daily ad performance.
• Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements, and campaign strategies.
• Support retargeting, lookalike audiences, and audience segmentation.
• Coordinate with the Creative & Content Team for ad creatives and campaigns.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Understanding of ecommerce marketing and performance KPIs.
