Job summary

Beaconhouse School System in Lahore is seeking a Senior Officer - Parent Satisfaction to join its Regional Office Centre. The role focuses on managing parent concerns, supporting campus operations, and coordinating essential administrative tasks.

The candidate will drive student enrolment and retention efforts, oversee fee recovery, ensure accurate student registration data, and assist in onboarding Branch PROs across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of administrative/operations experience.
• Exposure to parent relations, customer service, or school administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve parent queries escalated to the Regional Office.
• Support campuses in achieving student enrolment, retention, and net strength targets.
• Monitor and drive fee recovery and clearance of pending dues.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure accuracy of student registration data.
• Support onboarding, induction, and guidance of Branch PROs.
