Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer relations or admissions.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and face-to-face).
• Ability to handle student calls and provide accurate guidance on courses and admissions.
• Professional, organized, and able to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and in-person support to prospective and current students.
• Handle inquiries about courses and admission procedures.
• Explain course plans, fees, schedules, and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up.
• Coordinate with admissions and admin staff to ensure smooth enrollment.
• Work onsite at Harbanspura, Lahore campus during morning shift.
