Job summary

Life Style Snacks (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to build and lead the D2C digital business in Pakistan. The role requires hands-on experience with D2C platforms, marketplaces and performance marketing to drive profitability.

You will own the e-commerce P&L, lead a growing team, and coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to optimize stock and delivery. A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success in this manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of e-commerce/digital commerce experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Pakistan D2C/e-commerce experience.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a physical consumer product brand online.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the D2C and e-commerce growth strategy.
• Manage own website and marketplaces like Daraz and Foodpanda.
• Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google and other channels.
• Develop content, influencer and digital acquisition programs.
• Drive AOV with bundles, subscriptions and promotions.
• Own e-commerce P&L and reporting to CEO.
