Job summary

Sperton Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager (Online Business) to grow sales through external e-commerce and online marketplace partners in Lahore. You will drive sell-in, sell-out, visibility and profitability across mobile and consumer electronics while maintaining channel discipline with go-to-market plans.

You will manage partner relationships, plan campaigns, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
4–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online business management.
Proven track record of managing online business partners and delivering sales targets.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with online partners as the single point of contact.
Negotiate annual and campaign-level joint business plans, including targets and investments.
Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners using performance data.
Deliver sell-in/sell-out targets across MX, CE and accessories categories.
Plan and execute online campaigns, mega sales events and new product launches.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal teams.
Monitor listings health and prevent channel conflict with offline retail.
