Job summary

Perfumes Hub is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Store Manager to lead daily online operations and scale our D2C fragrance brand from Lahore.

You will own the Shopify backend, oversee performance marketing partners, optimize conversions, and design retention flows. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on D2C experience in Pakistan, strong analytics, and a passion for e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce scaling in Pakistan.
• Strong command of Shopify and performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC).
• Experience in product catalog management, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to monitor dashboards, analytics, and conversion metrics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Shopify backend, optimize product listings, monitor site speed, and maintain inventory alignment.
• Oversee performance marketing agencies, including Meta and TikTok; monitor ROAS, optimize CAC, and ensure ad spend efficiency.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and monthly revenue.
• Design and execute retention workflows, including email and WhatsApp automation, discount strategies, and loyalty initiatives.
• Brief the content team and UGC creators on trending formats, visual requirements, and high-converting ad angles.

Job Specification:

• Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce store, marketplace, or digital retail operation.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in D2C e-commerce scaling in Pakistan.
• Strong command of Shopify and performance marketing metrics, including ROAS and CAC.
• Strong understanding of product catalog management, online merchandising, pricing, and promotional planning.
• Ability to monitor sales dashboards, web analytics, inventory data, and conversion metrics.
• Working knowledge of marketplace tools, spreadsheets, and digital marketing coordination.
• Understanding of order processing, returns, delivery coordination, and customer service workflows.
• Ability to test improvements, identify operational issues, and turn data into clear actions.
• Strong communication, organization, ownership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
