Job summary

Spert0n Pakistan, a leading recruitment firm, seeks an Assistant Manager (Online Business) to grow sales via external e-commerce and online marketplace partners in Lahore. This onsite, full-time role focuses on sell-in, sell-out, visibility, and profitability across mobile and consumer electronics, aligning with GTM strategy.

You will manage partners like Daraz, drive campaigns, and coordinate cross-functionally to optimize listings, pricing, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online business management, ideally in consumer electronics, mobile or FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing online business partners and delivering sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner management: manage day-to-day relationships with online partners; negotiate joint business plans; conduct business reviews.
• Sales & growth: deliver sell-in/sell-out targets across MX, CE and accessories; plan online campaigns and new product launches.
• Inventory & channel discipline: monitor listing health and inventory; coordinate with supply chain; prevent channel conflict.
• Content & visibility: ensure accurate listings, images and content; secure prime placements and visibility.
• Analytics & reporting: track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
• Cross-functional coordination: work with Marketing, Product, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal and Service teams; manage partner claims and settlements.
