Ideas is seeking a data-driven Paid Advertising specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role emphasizes budget forecasting, ROAS targets, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will collaborate with creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams to deliver assets and drive profitability, with regular reporting on performance metrics and actionable insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on paid advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Develop media plans, budgets, forecasts, and ROAS targets.
• Monitor metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions.
• Analyze performance and ecommerce data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams for assets.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
