Job summary

Tknack Company is seeking a proactive Meta Ads Manager to lead campaigns for multiple clients in a fast-paced setting. You will own strategy, budget decisions, and performance reporting across campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.

Leverage AI tools to test ad copy and creatives, and translate data into actionable insights for clients. The role requires managing several client accounts concurrently and communicating complex metrics in plain language.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing live Meta ad accounts and budgets.
• Comfortable explaining a learning phase, CPL spike, or campaign changes to clients.
• Familiar with AI tools for ad copy or creative generation, and their limits.
• Experience managing more than one ad account at a time.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads Manager for several client accounts.
• Use AI tools to generate and test ad copy and creative variations.
• Monitor accounts closely during the learning phase and after changes.
• Report on lead quality and cost per qualified lead, not just lead volume.
• Communicate account performance to clients in plain language.
• Adjust targeting, budgets, and creative based on data insights.
