Brickstech is seeking a proactive operator who owns follow-ups and connects dots across teams to keep the business running smoothly. You will directly execute on leadership directions for Meta Ads, digital content, social media, and business coordination, turning rough ideas into fully delivered outcomes with minimal guidance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong English communication, coordination of a small team, and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong Excel-like tracking and data familiarity (not required to build from scratch).
• Proven coordination/execution track record with ability to run a small team.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end execution across Meta Ads, digital content, social media, and cross-brand delivery.
• Turn rough ideas into completed, delivered work with minimal supervision.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders via email and calls; coordinate across time zones.
• Maintain trackers and identify/fix execution gaps before they become problems.

Job Description

About the Role

Looking for a game‑changer — someone who owns follow-ups, connects the dots across teams, and keeps the entire operation running like clockwork. Full ownership. Pure execution!

This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing knowledge and hands‑on execution — you'll be the direct execution partner to leadership, driving team output across Meta Ads, digital content, social media, and business coordination. You'll often take a rough idea or a quick instruction and turn it into a fully executed outcome, without needing to be told twice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive execution end-to-end: Follow up daily with the team, chase deadlines, and own Meta Ads, content, and social media delivery across multiple brands.
• Be leadership's execution arm: Take rough instructions and turn them into completed, delivered work, with no hand-holding required.
• Own external and internal communication: Professional emails and calls with clients and stakeholders, plus meetings, reminders, and cross‑timezone coordination.
• Keep the system running: Maintain Excel trackers, spot execution gaps, and fix them before they become problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field), fluent English (spoken and written, tested in interview).
• Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of Meta Ads / digital marketing — enough to direct and judge work, not just do it.
• Proven coordination/execution track record — fast thinker, sharp instincts, comfortable running a small team.
• Flexible hours (occasional evening USA‑timezone coordination), with on‑site availability and occasional remote flexibility. The time is from 11 AM to 7 PM.

Performance‑based incentive: The remainder is 100% performance‑based, scored on volume, quality, and speed of execution.

Note: This role is strictly for real performers looking to drive impact rather than a flat paycheck.
