Job summary

Shadow Shift Solutions is seeking a Senior Executive to operate as the embedded link between international agency teams and client accounts. You will own cross-platform campaigns, from setup to optimization, with strategic input on budgeting and creative performance.

You will drive decisions in planning meetings and collaborate with directors on channel allocations. You will manage campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat, ensuring KPI alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on paid media execution in an agency environment.
• Independent proficiency across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and DV360 is a plus.
• Experience with FMCG/CPG or high-volume campaigns preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Own full campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more without supervision.
• Align campaign objectives across account types for reach, ROAS, and other KPIs.
• Provide insight-led reporting with narrative and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure QA and mentor junior resources within your scope.
• Identify performance risks, fatigue, pacing issues, and attribution gaps early.
• Maintain account hygiene and comply with international agency audit standards.

Shadow Shift Solutions is a managed growth infrastructure partner for international agencies and funded startups. We build and deploy dedicated performance marketing professionals who operate as an extension of our clients' in-house teams, working inside their planning and account structures rather than at arm's length from them.

The Role

Senior Executive level, you are no longer the resource learning how international accounts work.

You are the resource the account runs through.

What makes this different from every other Senior Executive role you have seen:

• Account ownership at a different altitude. You are not managing campaigns for a local agency that has international clients. You are embedded inside the international agency team itself.
• Strategic input, not just brief execution. You will be in conversations with planning leads and account directors on channel allocation, budget pacing decisions, and creative performance analysis. You are contributing to the brief, not waiting for it.

What you will own:

• Full campaign management across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat ads and more - architecture, setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization without supervision
• Campaign objective alignment across account types - you understand the difference between a reach-and-frequency mandate on an FMCG brand and a ROAS target on a performance account, and you build accordingly
• Insight-led reporting for agency and client stakeholders - not export-and-forward, but interpretation, narrative, and recommendations that a client director can walk into a brand meeting with
• Quality control on any junior resource working within your account scope
• Proactive identification of performance risks, creative fatigue, budget pacing issues, and attribution gaps - before anyone else has to flag them
• Account hygiene and platform best practices that hold up to an international agency audit at any point in the campaign cycle

What we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of hands-on paid media execution from a media or digital agency environment
• Independent, confident proficiency across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads - you are not consulting documentation on standard optimization decisions
• DV360 experience is a plus
• TikTok Ads Manager proficiency - campaign setup, audience strategy, and performance analysis
• FMCG, CPG, or large-format brand/ high-volume performance campaign experience strongly preferred - you are as comfortable with brand KPIs (reach, frequency, share of voice) as you are with performance KPIs
• Client-facing communication - written and verbal; you can present findings to a senior agency or brand stakeholder without a buffer layer between you and the room
• Has managed multiple concurrent campaigns or account types simultaneously without
• Demonstrated QA or mentoring responsibility for a junior resource, even informally
