Job summary

Quality Resource Private Limited, a multinational digital marketing company, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the Lahore office. This night shift role focuses on outbound calling, customer retention, activation, and upsell to prospective clients. Candidates should be social, analytical, fast learners, and capable of clear communication.

Salary slab ranges from Rs 100,000 to Rs 200,000 base. Work hours are 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

3-4 years proven experience in customer success and sales (Cold Calling).
Excellent English communications skills and strong organizational ability.
Self-driven, proactive, able to multitask and learn new software.
Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage client portfolios.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value through upsell and Cold Calling.
Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
Hold product demonstrations for customers.
Improve onboarding processes.
Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
Mediate between clients and the organization.
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Minimize customer churn.
Aid in product design and product development.
