Job summary

Navigatorhr is hiring a Female Customer Success Specialist to join our onsite team in Rawalpindi. This role focuses on client communication, relationship management, and service excellence for international clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in a client-facing, customer support, or service role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work night shifts: US Time Zone: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM; AUS Time Zone: 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team in day-to-day communication with clients
• Understand client requirements and assist in delivering timely solutions
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support, and Operations teams to resolve client concerns
• Assist in tracking and reporting client satisfaction, engagement, and retention metrics
• Participate in client onboarding and training sessions
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Document client feedback and support continuous service improvement
• Learn and apply best practices for customer relationship management
