Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in enterprise sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to exceed expectations.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes promptly, meeting SLAs and ensuring accurate quotes and orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across departments, communicating statuses clearly.
• Serve as primary contact for customer issues, providing proactive, five-star service and reporting to customers.
• Manage off-catalog requests via Zones Connect, handle project worksheets and inventory management for hardware/software contracts.
• Contribute to account planning and pipeline growth, identify future needs and coordinate new customer rollouts with PMO/Enterprise Operations.
