Responsibilities

• Support the eCommerce Operations Manager in managing and coordinating the eCommerce team.
• Act as the primary contact for Pakistan team members on daily operations.
• Allocate and coordinate tasks based on priorities.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and task completion.
• Ensure deadlines, quality, and performance expectations are met.
• Follow up on pending tasks and address issues promptly.
• Support team with questions and day-to-day concerns.
• Coordinate with UK team for smooth communication.
• Provide updates on performance, workflow, and outstanding issues.
• Escalate operational problems to the Manager.
• Implement procedures and priorities communicated by management.
• Ensure Pakistan team follows procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve processes.
• Assist with onboarding new Pakistan-based members.
• Provide basic guidance on internal systems and tools.
• Report technical issues and follow up until resolved.
