Job summary

Sperton Pakistan is seeking an Assistant Manager (Online Business) to join our client’s leadership team in Lahore on a full-time onsite basis. You will grow sales through external e-commerce and online marketplace partners, driving sell-in, sell-out, visibility and profitability while maintaining channel discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online business management, ideally in consumer electronics, mobile or FMCG.
• Proven track record of managing online business partners and delivering sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Partner Management: manage day-to-day relationships with online partners as single point of contact; negotiate annual and campaign-level joint business plans; conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
