Hightech Solutions in Lahore is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to grow online sales across laptops, desktops, and IT accessories. You will plan and optimize digital campaigns, manage product listings, and improve conversion rates, leveraging data-driven decisions to boost online revenue.

The role requires deep understanding of performance marketing, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional collaboration with content, logistics, and sales teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience in social media, performance marketing, e-commerce and digital sales.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing e-commerce websites and catalogs; Shopify and WordPress expert.
• Understanding ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC, and attribution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, deadlines, and priorities.
• Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
• Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, email marketing, CRM tools.
• Familiarity with local online marketplaces like Daraz etc and payment, delivery, and cash-on-delivery workflows.
• Understanding of laptop specs, brands, product generations, warranties, and IT hardware categories.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage Google Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
• Increase traffic, online sales, leads, and ROAS through strategies.
• Coordinate product listings and promotions for IT products.
• Monitor budgets, CPA, conversions, and profitability.
• Optimize product pages, listings, and landing pages.
• Set up GA4/GA tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with content, design, logistics, and management.
