Job summary

Sperton Pakistan is hiring a Project Planner to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across Pakistan from our Lahore head office. The role requires hands-on planning, data analysis, and close collaboration with regional teams to drive platform growth and operational success.

The ideal candidate will manage ground-level execution, including shop onboarding, merchant trainings, and payment-channel deployments, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 3–4 years of project planning or similar experience.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; effective stakeholder management.
• Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional strategic projects.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive channel acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales & Product to roll out enablement resources.
• Ensure timely delivery through effective project management.
