Job summary

People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) seeks an experienced Unit Head - Sales & Services (North) to lead regional sales strategy, revenue delivery, and client relationships for the North region. The role requires steering the unit's performance, forecasting, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across consulting and managed services, negotiate terms, and ensure timely renewals and payments while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 6-8 years of client-facing sales experience.
• Experience leading regional sales initiatives across multiple service lines.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales strategy within the assigned Unit, submitting accurate Unit-level forecasts, budgets, and performance variance reports to the Regional Head.
• Achieve Unit revenue targets across Consulting, EOR, Executive Search, Managed Services, L&G, Peoplei, PerfectPay, and COR Services through disciplined pipeline management.
• Prospect, qualify, and close deals directly, while developing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Lead client negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and signed agreements.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and consistent service quality.
• Ensure timely recoveries and payments as per SLAs, and manage client expectations in line with product scope.
• Manage and follow up on CRM leads, ensuring timely closure of Unit-level sales leads.
• Ensure contract renewals are completed on time to avoid service disruption or revenue loss.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of sales documents, agreements, and reporting in line with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Lead and deliver sales-related special projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
